Marc has been my go-to computer guy for a few years now and he miraculously has kept my Dell from H--- running far longer than it should have. I finally got a new, very good computer and he was able to get my files transferred over and get me up and running really quickly. I highly recommend his business!

Mark (Compu-Doc) has been helping our business with our IT problems for years now and he always finds the problem AND the solution! Very reasonable rates too. Highly recommend if you need a network set-up properly or are having issues with computers/printers/anything.

I called Compu Doc in Wasilla looking for some assistance with my Mac computer as I have never had any work on it done.  When I asked him if he worked on Macs, his response was "I don't work on Mac and Trash."  At first, I giggled because I know techies are passionate about their brands and that's ok with me.  BUT when I asked him if anyone in the area worked on them, he became really rude, telling me to call 1800 and being very flippant and argumentative about which was better (I really could care less about this argument.)   When I said, "Sir, I have 3 other computers that also need servicing that aren't Macs, I am not interested in the debate on which is better; I just need help," he literally hung up on me.  I have never been treated so poorly in my life by a business that hadn't even had a chance to deal with me yet.  Wow.  Unless you want to be treated VERY DISRESPECTFULLY, DON'T GO HERE.
