Took my motorcycle wheels in for mount and balance, came home and tested and found them out of balance. Took them back and they attempted to rebalance them free-of-charge but upon home inspection were out of balance still. They claim to use an antiquated "bubble balancer" for motorcycle tires. I recommend staying away if you care about proper balance on your bike. 2 stars for good customer service but poor quality work.

These people are amazing! They went above and beyond with their customer service.They did what needed to be done to my vehicle and were upfront and honest about everything from beginning to end. It's not something one expects to experience in a shop these days. Thank you! Ryan and the rest of the team there at. DIVERSIFIED I promise you have a customer for life.

Fantastic customer service, had to cash a paper check and was gonna get a cab but instead they offered me a ride to the bank so I can pay them for the tire. Super kind, great bunch of guys, I will definitely be here for all my tire and auto needs!
