Very professional and highly experienced, she likes to make sure youre not missing anything from the previous year with your taxes so she will make sure you receive anything that was missed and that you are set as you should be without rushing the process. although once she has everything she needs she will get the job done in a great timely manner and shes flexible! I will definitely be returning to her next year, such a sweet lady and great at keeping you in the loop! Thanks for all your help
