        After working here for almost 7 years, only got one raise, pennies on the dollar, whopping .14 cent raise. The companies management taught me the the wants of the few out weigh the needs if the many. Job seekers beware. No incentive, no raises and responsibilities are greater than the pay you get. Was fun working with clients, not fun dealing/working for management. I got a bathroom wall tile with a motivational quote on it for 5 years of service.
