Lucas made buying a house feel like a breeze! He is awesome to work with. Explained everything along the way. So my first time buying a house was through Motto Mortgage and I can't stress how well taken care my family and I were and how on the ball my guy Lucas was and still is. This man was traveling, dealing with personal matters and doing other things in between but somehow found the time to be prompt, helpful and always there when you needed him! Try finding THAT in today's time where no one seems to really value accountability or self discipline like they did about 40 years ago or so.. Anyhow, I've learned through this first time home buying experience that timing is not a joking matter, it's literally everything if you're wanting to make your offer matter in the eyes of a seller. With Lucas at our side, no matter what was up, it was taken care of and explained well. This guy maintained communication from dusk till dawn and always picked up the phone (another almost lost trait in society) when needed or just to chat. I'm not sure what's to be expected from a mortgage lender since I've never gone through this process before but I can whole heatedly say that this went by really smooth considering all the hiccups that popped up during the home purchase, hiccups that were related to the home repairs from the seller before purchase since we went through the VA route of buying a home. We're more than happy with the outcome of this experience and it's all due to this young man's tenacity and desire to win. If you're working with him, I assure you, your search for a good lender is over. This here is the guy you're gonna want to work with.
