We got this account to cover expenses with my wife possibly having to go on bed rest with child birth was told many times it would cover being out of work. Guess what it didnt cover anything at all! The ladies name that signed me up was Bre. After one call to her the number was disconnected and no way to reach her. I have called multiple times talked to multiple people and was told I was going to get a call back and surprise surprise no return phone calls no notes on my account either. I feel like I was taken advantage of and lied to and took over 3000 of my hard earned money for nothing! Terrible place to do business terrible customer service full of empty promises. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

The company itself is quite impressive on the benifits it offers the clients and the potential it holds for the employees. Although, in order to reach that potential, as an agent you need a strong guide with clear focus on helping you reach your goals of your desired income. Unfortunately, the Anchorage office is being led by a manager who can't manage her personal life, let alone a buisness. I was disappointed to have spent so much time under Joanna as my manager, and earned next to nothing because she was too busy with hers and everyone else's drama. This buisness requires focus and organization. My manager's car looked like a homeless lived in it. She hardly had her stuff together and complained about her managers not being on top of their game. I was very fresh in the working field, but even I could tell how much of a mess this manager caused and the lies she tells her bosses to cover her back when she decides to be lazy and no progress was made that week. The most awful part was watching her yell at agents for not working while they were sick then blaming them for the bad production week while she sat home watching shows. The company does not encourage such management, but Anchorage is so far from the main office in the lower 48, it's been hard to find the right manager to build a proper buisness. But if you are interested in this opportunity, be prepared. You HAVE TO have your own vehicle, money for getting licensed and gas to drive to the clients' homes, computer, and everyday available because when you start out it takes all of that to get started before you make money. And if you're not the sales kind of person, this may not be for you, and then you realize how much time and money you wasted. It's a risky opportunity for those that don't belong in this field. Especially with the current management running the office.

Well maintained company referring real people & real families employment offers, & reasonably rated life insurance quotes. This company is young in Alaska and seeking employment and consumer growth that is worth the benefits on the larger scale.

First career that I make 6 figures. Didnt happen day one. Most people that leave bad reviews I can testify they were Not trainable. The interview litterly is two days of explaining how this Benefits company works. If they cant undersrand they are let go ASAP to make sure they can get another job, we even make sure they are in a better position with a state certification and a recommendation letter. We uphold integrity at all costs. I personally did claims for 2 husbands and 6 wives (death benefits) that saved homes and kept families together in 2018. Rewarding, challenging, excellent income, wish the wrong fit candidates would listen. They are given every opportunity to succeed.
