Genacta In Home Care

I have been with Genacta for 4 years now. I started in the office and then helped out at our group homes when help was needed. Now, I'm a service coordinator for Genacta In Home Care, a title I hold dear. I am so very proud of the work we do. I have honestly never worked for a more amazing and devoted boss in my life, who goes out of her way time and time again for every single person she knows. She encourages and inspires us daily. Her knowledge and compassion for others, is remarkable. She is, as we are, very honored to help our clients. I am very much inspired by the dedication of our PCA's as well. They work hard and care very deeply for their clients. The need for PCA's in this community currently, is overwhelming with out a doubt. But, our clients needs are even greater. We truly want to help anyone at all who needs it. This is one of our core values. I just want it to be known that our Genacta family will do everything we can to help our PCA's, and, most importantly, everything in our power to help you.

If you see a good rating its lie posted by there employees, there is nothing good to come from this place, if you want your family to be poorly taken care of, taken advantage of them come here. Ive never heard anything good about this place from any of there many clients. Most people leave this home more damaged than before from what I can see. Plz be careful about this place. They are in it for the money.

Today I spilled soup on myself. Went looking for a clean pants. Surprise, every pair of casual, at home pair of slacks I own are dirty -- all 30 pair. That means months have gone by while they collected in the laundry basket.

Genacta In Home Care is an excellent company to work for and receive services. Genacta is a smaller company that considers employees as part of the family. Services are personalized to each individual to meet unique needs as well as maintaining a team approach.
