She made me feel so welcome, comfortable & walked me through the entire process. Katie also, took the time and patience to listen to what my hair goals were!         I followed Katie from Ema Rose Hair, and I'm a die hard fan of hers! She is very thoughtful and intuitve to any hair care needs you might need. She is so talented and kind! I have very dark thick hair, and she always manages to color/lighten my hair perfectly, without looking too brassy, and maintain its overall health. I'd recommend anyone to see her
