Yall did my boy dirty as hell. He had beautiful curly hair and wanted a TRIM- As in 1-2 inches off. Y'all bout cut all of his mf hair off. And there were snippets of hair still on his face and in his ears?? Whoever cut his hair needs to go back and learn the basics of being a hairstylist.

Very nice people. The place is clean and tidy. Wait times are pretty long and there doesn't seem to be a lot of people working there anymore though.

I used to come here twice a month. However, over this past year, this location has lost my business. Constant turnover in staff, inconsistant hours that don't match their website or google, and poor haircuts on three occasions. This past time, I was turned away at 3pm and was told they were closing. I asked since when do they close at 3pm and the employee just pointed at a piece of paper with handwritten hours on the door. Come on SportClips, get a manager that can clean this place up...

"Due to staffing issues ...." Let's call this what it is. It's not a staffing issue. It's a franchise owner's greed. Take care of your employees. Pay them well. Train them and pay for their re-training. Recruit the necessary workforce to stay open during business hours. Stop running such a skeleton crew in the name of cutting costs. The ladies at this location (which also were traveling to the sister store in Anchorage for coverage too at some point) are awesome stylists and I looked forward to my haircut each month. Google says they are open. Their posted hours say they are open. A handwritten sign on the front door says they are open. And yet they are closed. No sign, no notice, just a locked door and an empty building. If you cant keep yourself open during open hours, just close down the business. Staffing issues arent an excuse. If you cant afford staff, you cant afford business. Either change your hours to reflect this or shut down entirely instead of surprising your customers with a locked door during open hours.
