JOANN Fabric and Crafts

Was notified my pickup order was available, then waited 33 minutes in the parking lot before getting a refund and going directly to Michaels . Associates don't answer the phone even when there's 2 customers in the store and 3 associates. Michael's was quicker, and actually delivered my order when I arrived. It's interesting how slow Joanns employees are when there's next to nothing going on and no customers in the store, unmotivated and lazy

I stopped by when I was visiting a friend in the valley. It looks like they are getting orders in but not placing new ones. This has probably been going on for over a year, state-wide. Right now the store is just a place to sell what is left. It seems like the employees have been told to pretend there is nothing wrong. This place is trashed. I bought something out of sympathy and the sales clerk asked if I wanted to make a donation to some charity. It is beyond offensive that your store is so trashed and you are making your employees ask your customers to donate money that you will write off on your taxes.

ordered items to pick up at store, got text says ready to pick up but store closed, next day go again and it's closed again during to "short staff" whatever...
