For the past few months, our kiddos have been attending Mat-Su Art Academy and I just wanted to give Melanie a public shoutout in case anyone is looking for an awesome Christmas gift! This is truly an art instruction program, teaching value, technique, etc. I am amazed by the progress our kids have made, especially our kid with ADHD, who sits there entirely focused for an hour! The first class is free and professional grade art supplies are provided, so you truly have nothing to lose. She also offers teen and adult classes. This is not a review Im making in exchange for free lessonstruly a recommendation from a parent who is thankful such a great program exists here in the valley!

I am so thrilled to share my experience with Mat-Su Art Academy! This art academy has truly exceeded my expectations and has been a game-changer for both me and my 8-year-old daughter.
When I first joined Mat-Su Art Academy, I had little to no artistic ability. I always admired art but never thought I could create anything worth mentioning. However, within just a few months of attending classes, I have been able to paint things that I never dreamed of. The instructors at Mat-Su Art Academy are incredibly talented and patient. They have a unique way of teaching that brings out the hidden artist in everyone. They provide step-by-step guidance, allowing even beginners like me to create beautiful artwork.
What impresses me the most is the progress my daughter has made since joining the academy. She has always had an interest in art, but her skills have improved exponentially under the guidance of the instructors. They create a nurturing and supportive environment that encourages creativity and growth. My daughter's confidence has soared, and she is constantly excited to show me her latest creations.
