The ladies were patient with my snarky old lady and unsocial Ole man. They are great to help my pups adjust to a new world.

I hate to leave bad reviews for small businesses, but some things need to be addressed. We used them for the 2022 holiday season and when I called in to confirm boarding, they had lost it. Thankfully working with them we got it figured out and found a space for our dog at the last second. Still would have been 5 starts, but our dog was supposed to be in the play groups and has always gotten good report cards to play with these groups and f even from pampered paws first daycare test, but it was odd we never saw him in any of the Facebook posts, even in one's that showed supposedly all the dogs playing on a holiday. Then when we picked him up, they took a bit longer than expected. I noticed our dogs face was a bit wet, but didn't think much of it. We get home and his eye was all irritated and gooky, so was apparent they had cleaned it up and proceeded to not tell us and hide this. We understand things happen at boarding and sometimes customers can be unreasonable, but hiding something is definitely not okay. Our new place called us immediately when our dog got ear issues at their facility and that is the proper way to handle it. All things added up make this place sketchy in our eyes and not trustworthy, which is disappointing, because they can be friendly up front.

UPDATE BELOW If I could, I wouldnt leave any stars. This is the worst possible place to groom your fur babies. I dropped off my fur babies and was told my total before I picked them up and I when I got there it was completely different and more then they initially said. They dont give your fur babies back to you until you pay what they want. I saw them spraying water on the dogs that was in the small area where the boarding dogs were just to try stop them from barking. So I dont think the housing is a good idea either. My poor double coated dogs have been shaved without any permission, one of them even had to be rushed to the vets office for emergency treatment for infection from being shaved too close. Caused trauma to our pup. The Vet noted the shave was too close, now hes on medication for the next couple of weeks. We noticed small issues in the past and should have stopped using them then and things only got worse for our pups. Our 10 month old puppy is still not quite himself after this last visit. We called to discuss our concerns with the owner and the groomers and everyone denied any issues! My pups behavior and demeanor says otherwise. We made the decision we werent going back when they conveniently said our pups are too big now. Be weary! UPDATE (approximately three and a half months later) My fur baby is finally healing from the Trauma he Endured from this place. He was in so much pain he needed medical attention and medicine, plus he was bleeding. (Like he was skinned) His back and belly finally has a velvet feeling. His fur is growing back patchy. Also note his genitals were shaved raw to the skin and got infected and full of puss. His fur is finally starting to look like hes a Great Pyrenees again and is slowly growing back. Lastly, the owner claimed ignorance and never apologized.
