        A terrific learning experience for kids! The center had closed for the evening, but when we walked by with 5 kids who really wanted to see the baby salmon, he reopened and showed the kids around - and taught them a great trick for memorizing the 5 kinds of salmon! Worth a stop!

        This was a really great learning experience about the different kinds of salmon, their journey up the river and how putting in a dam for a energy resource changes the ecosystem. They also had really cool artwork for purchase. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Definitely worth checking out!

        Got to learn about the salmon. See baby salmon aka fry. Great learning Center upstairs. Found a painted rock that I will be bringing with me back to Florida. Friendly knowledgeable staff. Gift shop downstairs. Must stop in and see them while Talkeetna.
