We used Monica Zappa with Mossy Oak Properties and could not be happier! She found us a home that fit our needs in a market of very limited availability on the almost impossibly tight timeline we had to get into a new home. This property was known in the area for being a difficult sale, and had been removed from the market because of those challenges. She was straightforward with us about the situation and believed us when we said "challenge accepted"--and she supported us every step of the way. She did not balk at any of the complications of this difficult purchase; she helped us make it happen. She also simultaneously helped me sell my home and was wonderful in that capacity as well. The buyers and their agent were very pleasant to do business with. Monica was available days, nights, and weekends. She was willing to get unconventional and think outside the box with our purchase, and she had faith in us. She went far above and beyond. She is an earnest hard worker who clearly believes in doing any given job to the best of her ability and I can't recommend this agent with Mossy Oak Properties in Soldotna enough!
