It was great just like anywhere in the country. You walk in and you have full service. Everybody's willing to help everybody solve the problem. You walk in with problem walk out a happy customer anywhere in the country every single Bank.. And one the oldest Banks in America.

This is have the weird entrance and then we are actually trying to get the pice paperwork to print it out. From the Wells Fargo bank papers but. Unfortunately they're seeing like she is a manager but she was not very helpful ,and them are so rude. And my husband he was waiting for about 13 minutes just for the sample things we are from.the different state but it's was just little bit need to go to the Wells Fargo stytem and print out the paper and then send back to the Wells Fargo mortgage broker which is Wells Fargo too !but I don't understand why it was so complicated for us oh well nevermind then tomorrow morning we are going to find the ups store to send out the fax like the old style.

They deliver incredible customer service, with that being said the chats get pretty long and they are consistently understaffed so the 2 paired together makes for long wait times. Love the people, please put more of them on the counter.

Constant account "shenanigans " 5 debit cards in less than 2 years because of same. Getting FaceTime with someone who knows the time of day is as bad as that of a home depot. I regrettably will close my acct. Adios

T, when someone stands in line and you can't fully serve them, asking a neighbor teller is way more customer service oriented than telling me to go back in line.
