I don't write a lot of reviews, so this might be of use: I want to start with: I am not mechanically inclined. I go to NAPA for help - our rear winshield wiper was useless and I needed advice on what to buy, and (sigh), yes, how to replace it. (laugh if you want - I needed help) Howard was at the register. After humbly explaining that I am mechanically the village idiot, and asking for help, both in picking the wiper and installation - Howard rung us up (less than $20) and walked out to our car (Toyota Rav 4, 2015) and installed out blade. This is the second time we've gone to NAPA and needed help with "stupid simple" installs, and both times the staff was helpful, professional, and never once made me feel stupid. (lol, even if he thought it). I hope this message is found by NAPA and someone will please write up Howard for a positive counseling to go in his record. Is what he did huge? No - but to me it was what I NEEDED. Did he do some act of bravery or whatnot? No, but he was kind, helpful and I want to go back to NAPA for my next auto fix need. The staff has, in my limited experience (2 visits) ALL been like this and it needs to be said and recognized. THANK YOU and we *will* be coming back for our next automotive need.
