Poor customer service. I called on a Sunday evening inquiring about renting a car. The lady asked me to text her the next day with all of my info and she'd call me back. I texted Monday. They saw the text but didn't respond. Tested again Tuesday, they saw the text and didn't respond. Texted again Wednesday, they saw the text and didn't respond. Called today (Thursday) no answer and no return call. Oh well, lost a sale. And if you look at the other reviews, all 3 were made at the same time...by themselves.
