Way over priced for the quality of work given, for 165$ an hour you expect a little better quality work and accuracy with measurements.I recently had a bad experience with one of their mangers, Dustin. He gave me misleading information not knowing I have a background in the glass industry. Stevens glass management does not seem to care when things are brought to their attention.

PROS: I ordered a window for a vehicle and glad they had it in stock. They got it in in a week if that instead of 2 weeks.
CONS: The window was almost $700 and came in extremely dirty and dusty, they didn't even clean it and would have taken a few minutes for there staff to just wipe it off..... Also, they told me it would most likely be 3 to 4 hours to install it and the window is not even in the vehicle. The company that took it out of the vehicle did it in 45 mins to an hour. Stevens glass is telling me it could take 3 to 4 hours @ 160 hourly, which would be close to the total value of the window and the shipping I paid to get it here.
paying $150 or more to get the window shipped, I can understand to get to Alaska. However, when it comes in extremely dirty and the staff told me it had no box on it, and just thought professional wise they could clean it and put some kind of bubble wrap protectant on it. But nope, had to just put in the back of my vehicle with no protection of any sort as I had no idea because no one told me it would be shipped like this or to expect to protect it on the drive home.
The cons in my experience definitely outweigh the pros. I agree with many of the other reviewers, prices are extremely high! I was trying to have an all in one experience, but I cant afford to get the window installed for $480 - $640, thats the craziest thing ive ever heard of, If I did my total front window would of costed me $1,290....unreal!
the other thing that blows my mind, is Stevens Glass management doesn't seem to care and doesnt respond to any of these reviews, shows poor management and care with customers concerns.
Finally, I got my window installed at Glass CO in Wasilla for $200 and glad I checked around as it was about a third of the price! Service: General window replacement
