If you are looking for looking for a reliable and honest mechanic shop, look no further than Brad. He is your one stop shop! I went to another shop 2 months ago and they lied to me. I started doing some research and I came across this company and it was the best decision ever. They do not take walk ins, so you need to call or email them first. They will send you a document for you to fill out. You answer questions about your car and what you are planning to do. They go over the request and Brad lets you know when to bring the car in for service. Once they go over the car, you will get a quote via text or email. In addition, once you approve it, they can send you the invoice so you can pay it from your computer. Once it is done, they will send you a report with before and after pictures. It is just GREAT!!! When you pick up the car, Brad will go over the parts and will show you the old parts that were removed. It is just a very good business model. The cost, it is fair market value and you are helping a local business owner. I can say that my car runs 200% better than ever before.

Look no further! The crew at Matsu Auto are welcoming and professional. I had an oil change and coolant hose replacement on a Caterpillar 3126 done on short notice. Highly recommended. Note: Google Maps will not route to the right location. Just be sure to turn onto the marked Butte Airman Rd off Sullivan and youll get there.

I came across Mat Su Auto and Fleet when I was looking at buying a new car in Summer 2017. They were recommended to me by my roommate for a pre purchase vehicle inspection. Brad went above and beyond when explaining what he was looking at as we went through multiple vehicles. Brad and Margie made themselves available through email to help me filter through vehicles online before I pursued leads further. They helped me decide which car made sense to purchase, what work it needed now, and what work it would need later. They are honest and thorough. They've helped me through issues even when I was in Fairbanks, with bad signal in Canada, and have been a solid sounding board now that I am no longer in Alaska. I trust that they have my best interest in mind and when deciding on what work needs to be done do it from a solid standpoint of integrity. The best part, even if you don't know about cars, they don't brush you off, they explain things in a manner that is easy to understand and treat you like a real person.
