UNPROFESSIONAL AND PETTY ATTITUDES! I just wanted to know if they could make it out to my place that day. They informed me something about a council and then hung up. Finally talked to someone who told me they are never coming to fix my place, probably because of this review. Just shows how unprofessional and petty this company truly is.

Bigfoot has saved my bacon twice this winter. They seemed like they were always hopping but managed to fit me in, especially since both times it happened on the weekend. They came out again to scope the line and offered me great advice and conversation. You won't find better customer service. Highly recommend them.

I have high praise for Bigfoot Pumping and Thawing. I called them about 5:45p last Friday night after determining that there might be a frozen line from my house. A 2-person crew came quickly (within about 30 minutes or so), steamed the line to about 100' from the house cleanout (well into the street), and determined that our line was clear. College Utilities determined that the problem was with the main line and resolved the problem. The crew lead called College Utilities before he left, and he also called me the next day (Saturday) to check if the problem had been resolved. I recommend Bigfoot Plumbing and Thawing highly.

Bigfoot was very kind and stopped by our place for an emergency pumping in between other jobs. We greatly appreciated all the help finding the tanks plus the attitude of the gentleman who helped was great, despite it being late in the evening. Thank you Bigfoot for being awesome!
