        I was impressed when he came for a free inspection. Polite, prompt, and knowledgeable. Thats why the two stars. As a single dad at the time, however, I couldnt afford it. Months later when I could pay, I called back, they came again for an inspection (despite not needing one. I knew the problem existed.) I learned he offered a better service for only slightly more. While saving for This service, I saw him in town and said hi, only to be rudely told that I was wasting his time and next time he would charge me more.
