        Friendly, welcoming environment for those with fears of gyms. This is not your typical gym or experience. I have decided to try working on myself and this place has made me feel at home without judging stares. I can exercise in peace with the classes and not worry about my appearance or being stared at or judged. The staff is friendly and the other women are just as inviting and supportive to make you want to go back. Also love how there is no monthly gym fee, you only pay for what you decide to do.

        I am absolutely OBESSED with this place! Hands down the best place to go for group fitness classes. My personal favorite are the zumba classes taught by three different instructors. This way you get a little bit of everything. Sassy, spicy and sweaty!
