They made sure i sent all the proper paperwork and documentation, which resulted in my daugther getting her American Citizenship. Love Polaris Law Group! Italia was the best! Polaris Law Group communicated with us in every step of the way and kept us updated on the progress. I was a DACA recipient married to a US citizen (military) and I had been trying to apply for Parole in place but failed until Italia helped us. My husband and I had a scheduled consultation at 1 pm on Saturday, Oct. 28th. PLG wanted to do this meeting via Zoom. We were told they would be sending a link for the meeting. 1pm came and went. Was not sent a link, nothing. My husband call PLG and got a receptionist. This was 1:30. This individual did not take my husband's name or number. She said she would send a message to the group and they would call us back. 230 and no phone call. My husband called again, he gets another person he stated the same thing, only thing he could do was se d an urgent message and someone would get back to us. He couldn't tell us when we'd expect a call. We never got a call back period. Disappointing that this is how PLG conducts business. We were looking forward to the meet and getting g answers. Not happy.
