        I signed up for a 3 month special they had before my vacation. I did not know I had to cancel after 3 months or I would have. They continued to charge my bank each month. I was charged additional months and did not catch the charge for 5 months. I did not go during those 5 months and they will not reimburse me. (5 times $162.00 a month) I understand and support small businesses but when you dont support your customers, they will not come back or recommend to others! I tried to call and explain I did not know I had to cancel. Very disappointed and I will not refer any of my family or friends again!

        The staff is so warm and welcoming, and the salon is clean and well kept. It always smells amazing in their, and I enjoy how many services they offer. Ive added Bella Bronze to my self care routine, and its an investment in myself I have not come to regret! The owner does a great job of supplying useful wellness products too. Definitely worth checking out!

      Hi Phyllis, thanks for the review! So sorry you feel this way! As we previously stated, our memberships (which is what you signed up for & agreed to the following in order for us to bill you monthly) are reoccurring monthly with a minimum of 3 months required. After the 3 months you are welcome to cancel, pause or change your membership by calling or stopping in :) What we were in the middle of telling you before you hung up on us was that we graciously added a 45 day credit to your account for future use at any time, also that you were billed 4 (not 5) months after the initial 3 month period as our memberships continue to run until the client requests a pause or cancellation. But no problem it is 100% cancelled as of today! Thanks for supporting local kodiak businesses and leaving reviews! We appreciate you!
