To no one's surprise,their milkshake machine is broken. But could you guess for over 45 days? The best part is, I called corporate about it, and they told me the owners didn't even report it. Meaning the owner not only didn't care to fix it, but also didn't follow company protocol. Thankfully, they are now being investigated for negligence of the business because, holy hell, this mc donalds needs new leadership. By far one of the worst Mc Donalds in the entire country. In all my travels across the country.

Best staff of any fast food restaurant I've ever been too (and I'm including Chic fil a in that). The team at McDonald's Kodiak is diligent, kind, polite,, and personable.. i could not recommend this place more. Best fast food on the island.

Absolutely amazing! The food was not as expensive as we expected and most importantly it was hot and delicious!

I waited at the counter for a few minutes, being ignored by staff, until another patron told me I needed to order with the kiosk. (Later, I saw they have a sign saying to use the kiosk to order). I used the kiosk and wasn't given a receipt. I asked for one from a worker and was told they cannot provide me with one. I used a work card and needed the receipt to go with my transaction and was told there was nothing they could do to provide me with one. Then someone else walked in the door and an employee walked up to the counter to take their order.
