Hello, we're sorry to here that the food didn't meet your expectations. May we ask if Thai food was ordered? Usually the fish sauce in it for most Thai dishes are somewhat not acceptable to all and we're sure that we don't make food that can satisfy everyone's preference. But, we are here to hear you out and hope to better satisfy your needs in the future. We get not everyone is perfect and so are we. We strive to do as best as we can and as a small family business, we only want to leave options for those in town and sharing our dishes. Again, thank you for voicing your opinion. Thank you!

Hello, we are sorry that there may be some misunderstanding.. Our a la carte items are put in individual containers as they come with a side of steamed rice since we have been doing this for 15+ years and just wanted to let you know that different businesses may use different plating and it's understandable, so we value your opinion. As for the condiments, we may have forgotten to put a few cookies and sauce, as well as silverware since many of our customers these days didn't need them bringing food home, so that was our mistake to not have checked and ask as you left in a timely manner. Again, we have no intention to be rude or mistreat anyone we serve, either in person or on the phone, so we are sorry that you were not satisfied with our service. We sincerely apologize if there is any inconvenience caused and hope that we can make it a better experience for you in the near future. Thank you!
