Claimed I didn't pay a bill when I was never billed. Threatened to send me to collections. Went to their office to pay the bill and and whomever was in charge wouldn't meet with me. Poor customer service. Bad rep in Ketchikan.

Expensive, sends bills every other month or not at all. Says you can make monthly payments, but will put final notice on your bill!!!! This place is a joke. Nobody ever answers the phones, and they have terrible customer service, as well as gossiping about their clients in front of other clients. Unprofessional, not a good place to spend your money.

Not a good place and doesnt even support their own people. They dont accept VSP at all, instead of doing the work to send the information they just stopped accepting. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Now people with VSP insurance have to travel out of town for care.

My glasses arrived and the frames were too small. The try-on pair fit but the new ones didnt. I can only get one pair a year with my insurance so Im stuck with a pair that doesnt fit because their try on glasses are worn out and fit loose. I needed a new prescription too.
