Tour guide overslept, so the tour didn't take place. I'm still waiting for the amount to be refunded. After countless emails that I have written, no one responds anymore. Impossible,

Saw zero bears. It was just boring. Nothing exciting about it. Spend the extra money for a better tour

A good small group tour. Very informative and interesting. Sadly, though Shane tried to find some bears, it was not our bear lucky day. But everything else was great.

Tour was awesome. Shane was knowledgeable, funny, and showed a love for his town. At the bear and eagle viewing he said wed see bears if we were patient. Other tours gave up but then a bear came out and started eating salmon. A bald eagle landed on the tree next to us. Baby bears came out of the woods and swam with their mother. 2 bears and 3 baby bears!

Just flew today with seawind and this was a great experience. from the pickup driver to the lady in the office to our pilot, all were top notch. the van that picked us up was new and super clean,the drive was quick and easy. We got instructions and loaded up,put on our headsets,and this was one of the smoothest flights we've been on. Even though weather was cloudy and misty we still had a great misty fjords tour,what an amazing place to land in and experience. Highly recommend, and highly recommend seawind... they exceeded our expectations.
