        The beds are super hard. Other than that, it's a good place to stay.

        The manager was never present on site to tend to any of the tenants needs, drive ways were not tended to on a routing basis during winter, and tenants were told that because of budgets they could not afford to keep them up regularly. Would not recommend these apartments to anyone. If you can move anywhere else please do. Manager was very rude during our move out time and kept our deposit and lied saying that we were not doing things even though we were. Being that she lives out of state I dont know how she could possibly know this. She is a lier, thief, and rude individual all around. Hope she isnt manager for very much longer and does not deserve the position she is in!!!!

        Great to find a nice quiet place that accepts dogs and has a yard . Nice apartments with a good rental price . Management is very good . On site laundry and close to the beach in a nice neighborhood

        Ive lived here over a year now and since the change in Maintenance I can say this is the best place Ive rented. Management is always on top of any issues I might have and is always quick to reply. This place is quiet and no drama. Kristy is a great manager.

      I don’t think that you have the right place since I don’t see any past reservations from a James Dwight but we did get memory foam toppers for the twin mattresses.

      These tenants left piles of dog poop from two dogs behind their building although it is a rule to scoop. They also left the appliances dirty, damaged screens, missing trim from floor and damaged blinds. Their dogs ruined window seal, scratched the windows and paid pet fee for 1 dog although they had two. He call 9 times in a row with no message when I let his wife know that I wasn’t returning their deposit. Although I don’t reside on the property, our maintenance team does. They witnessed them leaving their dog poop. We have professionals plow our parking lots on the regular as well as shovel sidewalks. There was record snow last year and the whole peninsula was challenged at keeping it maintained. No one ever said anything about budgets pertaining to snow. In fact, they never mentioned anything about snow removal for the year that they lived there. These false claims are retaliation from not getting their deposit back. This not an accurate review. It is the result of an angry tenant that left a dirty and damaged apartment and paid for it with his deposit. I have managed this property for four years with happy tenants and rarely have a vacancy.
