We recently sold our home using a relocation company as we were moving out of town. Debbie was great to work with every step of the way. She was very responsive and caring. She did a thorough price review and made a great price suggestion that resulted in us getting multiple offers and accepting one that ended up above the appraised value. We had to leave town before the re-inspection and she took care of all the loose ends for us after we left town: final walk-through and cleaning of the house, forwarding mail, and arranging for final repairs. It was very comforting knowing she was taking care of everything when we couldn't be around. Debbie was very knowledgeable about the relocation process as it's not as straight forward using a third party relocation company. It's clear to us that Debbie loves being a realtor, is very connected and knowledgeable with her history in the area, and cares about her clients. We would recommend her to anyone! Thanks Debbie!
