        Charged 2 hours of labor ($240) for a carburetor replacement on 9.9 kicker. Asked Karl (owner) why 2 hours on fairly simple repair became super defensive, ultimately threatening to rip the f-ing carb off my boat and to get the f-out, and dont ever come backthis is Juneaus only Honda marine dealer. On a positive, they did repair within 24 hour period, but cant rate more than a 1-star because of lack of professionalism exhibited by Karl. Service: General repairs & maintenance
