I have been working with Gina for about five years now looking for a place to retire. I finally got to that point and came to look at some properties that she and I talked about. Josh Nieblas was the agent whom picked me up at the hotel spent days with me dropping me off here and there. He bought me lunch and was with me every step of the way with my purchase. Class act and a great company! Wonderful people to work with. I could go months and not talk to them and see something and Gina would pick up the phone and we could talk about it. Josh took me to dinner and to the bar to celebrate with a shot driving me like my personal taxi service. He went above and beyond no matter where I was he would come grab and and take me somewhere I needed. My property closed and I own my slice of Alaska to live a dream that started years ago and I have these phenomenal people to thank for it.
