Thank you I appreciate the review and I want to clarify it’s five dollars for each 10 minutes for those reading and if you put the quarter in before it finally quits you can keep adding a little bit a few minutes at a time and we have on demand hot water, so that makes a real nice shower

Sorry to read your review. I was here on site and was in the laundry when you were here. This is sooo inappropriate. However, when I walked in, the laundry smelled like a Griz den. I nearly heaved. You two were standing in a pile of large garbage bags that covered 1/2 the laundry floor space. I had to walk around and through all the bags... after your departure and slanted review I found all the washers and floor covered with trash and gobs of animal hair... Which can only mean you crammed the washers and dryers full - over loaded beyond capacity, and then didn't say any thing to me about the dryers when I spoke to you on site. I would have helped you understand the difficulty in dryer overload.My apology to all our regular satisfied customers for having to witness and read this disrupting review and response. The construction on the new second shower is nearly complete and the laundry will be back to it's usual comfy order... with two clean public showers...

I rarely reply, but I did not bang on your door. I yelled out in the hall of the laundry if anyone was there, because I had a missing four year-old wandering around my property. If you can’t be tolerant of that, you’re welcome to stay away from my property, and while the shower was cleaned this morning, you may have followed someone right behind them and I will apologize for that
