I chose Team Works to build our home because Michael and Steven appeared to be honest and hardworking men. This played out to be 100% validated during the process of getting our house built. There were no surprises, problems, or delays. Everything from working with the lender to site work, building and completing the project on time, was as Michael and Steven had stated. The whole team was comprised of family and excellent sub contractors. We were and are very happy with the home TeamWorks built. You could not choose a better Contractor to build the home you desire.

We recently hired Teamworks LLC to build our custom home in Homer, Alaska. We are extremely satisfied with their work and customer service. They helped us to get the highest quality product for our budget and were realistic in providing input to stay within that budget. They were very patient and receptive to our ideas and worked with us to make them happen. Furthermore, when our ideas were not realistic they helped us to come up with alternatives that we liked and could afford. We've been in the home for a few months and are still blown away by the quality of craftsmanship they provided. We would highly recommend Teamworks Builders to anyone in the Homer area. We visited with several builders and found Teamworks to be friendly, competent, professional, and informative. They came highly recommended by friends in Homer and had an excellent reputation with several contractors and professionals in the building industry. The team was exceptional at accommodating all of our requests and they were beyond patient with us during the design and building process. We have now lived in our home for a year and couldnt be more impressed and pleased with their quality of workmanship. This business produces nothing but top-notch quality craftsmanship while completing homes on an efficient timeline. Each member of the team is friendly, easy to communicate with, and prompt to respond. Overall, Teamworks provides an outstanding level of service and I could not boast enough about the positive experience we had with them.

We asked the Nelsons to build us a garage apartment. We had spoken with other builders but we felt very comfortable with the Nelsons and the quality of their proposal. We asked for the project to be finished before winter and it was. It is very well built and attention to detail is evident throughout. WE strongly recommend Teamworks for your building project.
