        Beyond worthless, I am absolutely furious. My package was a week late, after being rescheduled for delivery. I go in and try to retrieve my package and they say they have no idea where it is. I check the tracking daily and find out instead of trying to deliver it again, it's being returned to sender due to "insufficient address" despite the fact they dropped off three other packages that my friend had sent to my house using my address. Beyond worthless.

        Package was on truck for delivery 6AM, I get a email from Amazon at 8PM saying it was delayed due to carrier and to contact them for more information, ridiculous. I hear all over our neighborhood about delayed packages and messed up boxes.

        I ordered around 15 packages to the PO box. I received all on timely manner with just one having trouble arriving, as it was lost in the transit. And, I thank the lady who works here.
