Do not ever work for this company, ever. My husband worked here, but I can't even say work because they had no work so I'd say he sat at this company for a whole week and wasted his time and they lied to him and screwed him over so bad. They told him he would be doing oil then when he got there had him sitting for days and then had him haul water, not oil one time. The guy lied to him and told him he would be using his truck the blue one. My husband cleaned it out to have them give it to someone else. I would run if you ever come in contact with these people. Run, run, run.....

DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY. You will not get paid and if you do it will be shorted so bad. Even family that works for him doesn’t get paid and if you quit because you were not paid he will tell everyone you screwed him over and black ball you anywhere he can. If you work for him you’re setting yourself up for failure. He will make bank off of you and get away with not paying you.

BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE
Save yourself the headache and pass on working for this company. The communication is terrible. There's no real direction in this company. Be prepared to spend roughly $500-$800 out of pocket for necessities and DO NOT let them pull the "We'll pay you back" gimmick. Be prepared to sign a six month contract to work there and you'll be charged $200 a month for rent to live in Blue Hawk Square. Do the math, 3 drivers @ $200/driver ($600) however, call the rental office and see how much the apartment really cost. Don't be fooled by the 25% commission you're promised, once you deduct the rent your hovering at about 23%. If you bring your own transportation be ready to have it used as a shuttle for your co-workers. As I said before, save yourself the headache and pick any other company to work for. The fact that your paycheck cashes and the equipment actually works is a miracle.
Update. I filed my complaint with the Wage and Hour Divison of the US Dept of Labor today after I produced the email from Lane Keator telling me that they (Tena) don't pay overtime. Also, I'll be filing a complaint with the BBB this week. Remember, don't cheat your employees.
