Literally the worst company I've ever worked with, Jackie has willingly ignored us for weeks while we had to sit in an apartment with our water turned off b/c something is wrong with the pipes. Other issues that were supposed to be fixed before we moved in have not been fixed, such as holes in doors, lack of doors through out the house, and exposed subfloor in the bathroom that keeps flooding and that's only a couple examples. I've tried to reach out and get things fixed only to be met with refusals or given a day it will be fixed only for it to never be fixed, and that's when I can get her to answer. Do yourself a favor and never work with this company especially Jackie. I've had scumbag landlords before but by far this takes the cake.

Worst management company I've dealt with in 14+ years. Will not take care of you. No where near user/customer friendly. Will literally put you out on the street for their benefit. Steer clear of this company.
