Jimmy Dixon was recommended to me by a coworker when we first wanted to sell our house in 2016. One of the best advice I've ever gotten!!! I had the opportunity to work with Jimmy on a home purchase and a home sale. I really enjoyed working with him as he is a normal person not one of the quirky realtors that we are used to dealing with. I purchased and sold a home through Jimmy. I could not ask for a better realtor! After receiving orders to Fort Wainwright I began looking at homes in the Fairbanks/ North Pole Area while I was still living in Virginia. I initially connected with Jimmy after requesting more information about a home I was interested in and received a response within only a couple hours. Jimmy was very open and honest about the homes I was looking at and offered to take some HD videos of the properties and upload them for me to view since I would not being moving to the Fairbanks for about 60 days. It took us about 2-3 weeks and multiple trips all over Fairbanks and North Pole on Jimmy's behalf before we found the home I currently live in. At first I was a little apprehensive that I would be making my first home purchase in a city and state I have never stepped foot in; but I had confidence in the countless positive reviews online and of course the professionalism displayed by Jimmy. During the entire process Jimmy never pressured me and took the time the explain exactly what needed to be done to close this deal. Ultimately I got my dream Fairbanks home, on the river, below the initial asking price. 30 months later I went back to Jimmy to list my home because I had full confidence that he would take care of me and ensure I received top dollar for my home. Jimmy approached the sale of my home in the same fashion as the purchase. Low pressure, honesty, and very hardworking. My home luckily sold for full asking and I could not have asked for the entire process to be more streamlined. Jimmy was awesome and definitely set the bar very high for my next home purchase/sale. Coming from an Army Captain that was stationed at Fort Wainwright, without hesitation I recommend Jimmy Dixon for your future home needs!

Jimmy Dixon is the right choice when you are looking for real estate in the Fairbanks area. He went above and beyond what most realtors do. He is knowledgeable and very professional.
