        This outfit has got to be the worst property management in Fairbanks. Beware to potential clients as Markwook Realty makes the rules up as they go. Totally unaccountable and unreliable when it comes to resolving issues in our HOA. Uses substandard contractors for work on HOA properties. Plays favorites to certain tenants and tries to impose fake rules on others. Talks trash about owners in our HOA whose HOA fees pay her salary. Its time to retire
