Domino's Pizza

So yesterday 3/24/2024 was my FIRST time ordering at the (new) Dominos on College. I placed my order online! I ordered wings & an large Wisconsin pizza. Online didnt let me add line of comment so I can let the cook know that I wanted my wings baked twice. So I called & I had THE WORST customer service. He (she) dried talk me an didnt showed no type of gratitude when answering the phone or speaking with me. He (she) didnt even tell me how long itll take. Once I arrived to pick up my order. Mind you, its my first time. This person was the only one working (thank you) but he/she wasnt busy AT ALL I wasnt in a rush, he/she went to get my wings out the oven & took them out with his/her bare hands EW then rub his/her pants EW.. I looked at my Wisconsin pizza an he/she didnt even add all the 6 cheeses. After seeing my pizza and watching him/her grab all my wing with his/her hands. I asked him/her why didnt you put on gloves he knew it wasnt right. He/she said he/she could remake it but I didnt trust this person handling my food after witnessing his/her customer service & the kitchen was DIRTYYYY nothing was put away properly. I went to the Dominos on Merher Ave. & I explained to them the situation and I left an happy customer. They Wisconsin pizza had the perfect amount of cheese & my wings were handle with love. Everyone had on gloves as well. I give the Dominos on College 1 star. You do not have to worry about Kesha Grant ordering from you no more. Yall maybe new but your service is disgusting

*Update: I wanted to update my review because Ive been back to this location multiple times and theyve really improved and have consistently met my expectations for quality and service. Great job! Original: Maybe its because its new but quality is all over the place at the moment. First order on Christmas Eve was excellent, perfect pizza. Today, bad just bad. They remade the order and it was still meh. Hopefully they iron out the issues to provide a consistently good experience like the Dominos over on Merhar.

The food is good. But good Lord this has to be slowest Dominos on earth. Order to pick up if you actually want your food warm.
