I've used this facility for daycare/boarding/grooming for my dog for about four months. After picking up my dog from his last boarding I will not be using any of their services anymore. I've used doggy daycare and boarding services with my dog for years, and he used to be so excited to go to "doggy daycare" but he has been resistant the last few drop offs at this facility. My dog came back acting very strange and extremely distressed! He was and still is acting off which is very concerning to me. His eyes were very irritated as well upon me picking him up, so they either did not feed him the special food I provided him or his kennel area was not clean. The one time I did get him groomed I asked for two things 1. Trim the hair between his pads and 2. Do not put him in the dryer, towel dry only. I was very specific that I did not care if he was wet when I picked him up, the dryer noises scare him so it's just best to not use them. Well neither of those things happened. I think it's VERY odd that I have not and am still unable to tour the facilities in which he is staying in. I've always been able to do a walk through and I would get updates of how he was doing at other places. I still let him be boarded there though because this place was recommended by a few locals. I fell awful that I let him stay in this place where he has clearly been stressed out and did not get the services that I paid for. I'd recommend looking elsewhere for care.
