        How do I make a complaint against smoking deals fbk?? I bought two vape packs two days ago and finally opened them tonight, because I wanted to finish the last one before opening the new ones and the first one I opened doesnt work at all but the second one did. My son called them and they basically told me that I was out forty bucks because I didnt open it and try it to see if it worked at the time of purchase. First: why was I not informed of this practice as a buyer at the time of purchasing said product? Second: why is this considered okay by the business owner to sell items that may or may not be faulty without informing the customer at the time of purchase? Sounds like a business that does not stand behind their products. Please advise me on what I need to do so that I can get a replacement product, which, of course, I will test at the register at the time of purchase or replacement.
