Worst service ever experienced. Six months ago we signed up for routine recurring delivery and still had to call every month to get deliveries. And now we requested to cancel and they wont send us the paperwork to cancel. Dont waste your time with this company!

Told us they would deliver fuel in two days and now a week later they Wont pick up any phone calls and were out of fuel in the middle of winter.

I have been with this company for over a year. I paid them $500 every single month. I have never received an invoice from them, so that I know if my balance is in the red or the black. December 22nd they delivered 22.89 gallons. Turns out, at the end of the year, this is all I had left on my balance. They never informed me of that and so here I am in January at midnight with no fuel. This is despicable treatment. You do not intentionally, without any warning, leave a customer with no fuel in the middle of the winter.

They take your money and then tell you they don't know how long it'll take to deliver, I waited a week and ran out. No customer service, they don't care if they screw you over because everyone needs fuel.
