Located in historic Old City Hall in downtown Fairbanks, Alaska, Fairbanks Distilling Company is within walking distance of many hotels.  Our spirits are made from scratch and locally crafted.  We have an outside deck that is heavily used during the summer months and HEPA filters inside for your protection.  Our craft cocktails are delicious and we use as many locally derived ingredients as possible.  Our 68 Below vodka is the most awarded spirit made in Alaska and has taken Gold Medals two years in a row at the Berlin International Spirits Competition.  When the French Charge d'Affaire visited Fairbanks in 2023 the City of Fairbanks chose to gift him a bottle of 68 Below potato vodka.  Made from local Yukon Gold potatoes our ultra smooth vodka is loved by many.  Our rum, named after our town's founding father is E.T. Barnette's Tanana River Naval Strength Golden Rum and has won a Silver Medal in Denver, CO amongst others.  As a naval strength spirit it clocks in at 110 proof and is made with local Fairbanks birch syrup.  This spirit has a complex nose of cinnamon, dark fruits, and burnt sugars and is fantastic on the rocks.  Stop on in and sample our spirits and find out what's going on around town.  We hope to see you soon!
