I am a grateful customer of this excellent company! We only got dispatch services from other services in town with no call back and absolutely no concern for the situation we were in. However, Tom at Fairbanks Water Company listened to us and was responsive to our situation - water arrived exactly as promised! Very responsive, consumer oriented company - the way a company should be run!

A proud customer of this wonderful company. It is so reassuring to have a company that is actually reliable, personable, and truly cares about their customers.
