        They double charged my card for a large order. Then laughed about it. I called and called them about the issue and talk to as many people as I could and they just kept making excuses. When I told them that we had 3 employees there that can testify in writing the main supervisor said it was hear say. I told him I do not think that word means what you think it means.

        I had a serious issue with a home depot product and called to Mal, the Doors and Windows depart manage. She was rood, not helpful at all, and hug up on me. Just shocked with such customer service.
