No one answers calls here we decided due to this to take our business elsewhere we do not recommend this place nor will we be giving them any or our business 😡

Great people but systems never work. ATM never has deposit available. Overall worst bank in Fairbanks.

Came in to get change, no where did I say or mention it was for my employer I have an account with plenty of money in it, however bc I was dressed for work the teller and manager assumed my change request was for my employer and denied part of my request I even stated I had an account, and the money was for me, didn't make a difference I'll never visit this location again!!! I'll drive cross town to the one on University to do my business which I did after leaving this location, the teller there was happy to fulfill my request and apologized for the other location after I informed her of the incident
