Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I've had friends get on waitlist or do emergent care to get on to be forever clients. I have one dog who has passed on and the staff was so comforting and empathetic in his last days and to help him leave painlessly. The education I always get on what is going on with my dog and the options for treatment is always outstanding. I've never felt rushed.

Best vet clinic in the Eagle River/Chugiak area. Staff are kind, competent, and enjoy their work. All the vets are amazing people who take their time with their patients. The technicians love the animals and it shows.

Ravenwood veterinary clinic treats my animals like family; I couldnt ask for more! When take my animals in for care they are always treated with kindness and compassion- the staff truly have the right attitude and heart for what they do- provide top notch care for our treasured furry family members! We have been going to Ravenwood for over a decade! From routine care for cats and dogs-to life saving surgery for a treasured feline- theyve always been there for our family and we are grateful!

Very satisfied with care provided. I've felt less rushed and more concern was taken over my dogs than in other vets I've used before. Vets and techs seem very knowledgeable, and I love how I can often get someone on the phone to talk me through a specific problem or situation.
