        I made an online order to pick up at 8:45 PM (they close at 9pm) at 6:25 PM for two pizzas. I get a call at 8:30 PM from one of the employees asking me if Im still coming to pick it up and was being very rude to me. I explained that I put on my order that Ill be picking it up at 8:45 and thats what I put on my order. She rudely says they made it hours ago and I should make it for pickup around 8:15 because theyre doing all their closing duties between then and 9pm. Ive always loved papa Murphys pizza, but boy the customer service is horrible here since the new management. Please train your staff that if closing time is at 9, youre open until 9. Not advertising 9 and being rude to customers that make pickups at 8:45 more than 2 hours in advance.

        I thought this location in Eagle River would be better under new management but it's not. I tried to use myRewards coupon and it would not take so I talked to the manager and they said it was my fault it would not work on the website... Nice... On top of paying extra for topping and not getting what was ordered, I will be taking my business elsewhere.
