I have seen my psychiatrist and therapist here for almost 5 years now. They are absolutely wonderful. They are knowledgeable and have helped me grow into someone I am proud of. I have never had ANY issue whatsoever. I have never had a probelm reaching my providers or getting refills for my (many) medications.

My doctor abandoned me as a patient. They are "no longer willing to see me". I feel very saddened. I was dropped during a time of great need, and Im very concerned about my mental health. My doctor knew I was having a hard time, but chose to drop me anyway without even stating why. Unprofessional. Irresponsible. In general, this clinic does not communicate well with patients. They would always call me from an unlisted number, and they never left messages. The front office staff often made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.

I did not have a very good experience with this clinic at all. My first session was okay, I liked the person I was seeing and she was obviously knowledgeable and definitely helpful. Second session? She no showed, legitimately did not show up. A week later? I still had not heard from her or the clinic. I assumed maybe it was a family emergency but when I called and said she didnt know up to our scheduled appointment they asked me if I wanted to reschedule - two weeks out. I understand things come up but communicating with patients is important, especially when building a relationship in a mental health setting. I wasted time and money on the session I had, and was very disappointed with the patient care following that appointment. The initial appointment was quite expensive to then not even be able to make progress in my mental health because she didnt show up. Had the care continued, it mightve been worth it.
